01

Who can apply

Applications are welcomed from colleges, private training centres, language schools, online academies and corporate training providers. Eligibility depends on legal status, governance and program quality.

02

What can be reviewed

A provider may request a whole-centre review or review of named vocational and professional courses. Academic degree-awarding claims require separate, explicit authority and are not implied by provider accreditation.

03

Evidence required

Prepare your organisation profile, course syllabus, trainer qualifications, assessment methods, learner policies, quality-assurance procedures and sample materials.

04

Review and evaluation

The academic review considers learning outcomes, curriculum depth, assessment, staff capability, learner support, delivery systems and evidence of continuous improvement.

05

Decision and scope

An approval should identify the approved organisation or courses, reference, validity period, permitted marks and conditions. Applicants must not advertise approval before written confirmation.

06

Approved-provider benefits

Depending on the agreement, benefits may include a certificate, digital seal, directory listing, quality guidance and discussion of approved co-branded certification.

07

Renewal and monitoring

Approval is time-limited and may require renewal, updated evidence and ongoing compliance. Material changes to ownership, curriculum or delivery should be reported.

Career guidance and selected opportunities may be available, but employment, salary, promotion, visas and placements are not guaranteed.

When should I send documents?

Send academic, professional and identity evidence only after Admissions requests it through the official application process.

Can I request a printed certificate or apostille?
